Vijay has extensive experience in the areas

Research, Customer Relationship Management,
Enterprise Resource Planning and Strategic
Management. Developing business heuristics
for offshore ROI analysis and Total Cost of
Ownership Analysis for global initiatives,
performing business case modeling for various
offshoring scenarios for multiple Fortune
1000 companies and developing simulation models
to enable optimal BPO operations of various
companies are among his notable contributions.
During his tenure at KPMG, Vijay formalized
and implemented various ERP and CRM solutions
for Fortune 500 companies. Prior to this,
his work at QuestOne gave him an opportunity
to help its clients like General Motors reduce
time-to-market by formalizing and implementing
innovative solutions using TOC techniques.
Vijay holds an M.S. in Industrial Engineering
from the University of Oklahoma.

Pari has successfully led engagements for Fortune 1000 companies and helped them effectively globalize their R&D initiatives and expand their business footprint in India as well as other emerging markets. Pari continues to provide thought leadership in the areas of R&D globalization, emerging market entry and technology adoption at SMBs and consumers. By dint of his experience, Pari has outstanding expertise across industry verticals such as Internet and software, Semiconductor, Telecom, Consumer Electronics, Healthcare and Industrial domains.
Prior to co-founding Zinnov, Pari held management positions at Praja and Centric Software. He holds an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from the Iowa State University.

Vamsee leads Zinnov’s revenue generation efforts and customer engagements. He has worked closely with multiple Fortune 1000 and reputed SMB companies assisting them with their offshoring strategy and operational optimization. Vamsee has been instrumental in successfully establishing strategic partnerships with large consulting organizations and venture firms. Prior to co-founding Zinnov, Vamsee has held various positions with Centric Software, Inc and has hands-on experience in remote vendor management, product management, remote process design and new technology & tool evaluation. He has a US government patent on “Virtual Three-Dimensional Display for Product Development”, and holds an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Iowa State University.
