We identify and assess target companies on the basis
of various parameters such as people capability, financials,
operational verticals, location, type of products, employees,
years of operation, etc.
M&A model utilizes Analytical Hierarchical Process (AHP) providing multi-run, iterative capabilities to the user. The user can change the weights of the evaluation parameters and conduct multiple runs of the model. Companies performing the best in all the runs are then extracted by the model.
