Case Study 1

Challenge:

World's #largest software company wanted to understand the addressable opportunity of its current customer base’s wallet share. They in turn wanted to assess the influence and impact of its partner eco-system in address this opportunity and hence wanted Zinnov to provide strategic recommendations on partner revamp initiatives required.

Methodology :

Zinnov conducted more than 100 in depth interviews with key customer stakeholders, end customers and partners to understand the addressable opportunity for the client within its customer base. Zinnov also assessed challenges with the current partner eco-system and spent time evaluating best practices of the peer group of the client. Zinnov then had a series of brainstorming sessions with the client team and its internal consulting team to arrive at set of strategic recommendations.

Outcome :

Zinnov helped the client understand that there was a significantly large share of the client wallet that they could have tapped into, provided they had right partner eco-system. Zinnov however also suggested to the client that they should not take a narrow view on the market and look to take an overall eco-system view and drive certain strategic interventions for accelerated growth.

Case Study 2

Challenge:

World's # largest internet registry service provider reached out to Zinnov to help define next generation opportunity themes for the client to pursue given its current core business and technology competencies.

Methodology :

Zinnov hosted a series of ideation sessions with the client leadership team to arrive at opportunity themes for the client organization to pursue. Zinnov then reached out to multiple industry experts to validate the ideas and arrive at a short list of ideas the client could pursue. Zinnov then went onto size the market opportunity for the client in each of the opportunity themes for narrow down on the immediate, medium and long term opportunities the client should pursue.

Outcome :

Partnership with Zinnov helped the client arrive at more than 2 opportunity areas that could potentially become 100 Million dollar businesses for the client in emerging markets in the next 5 years.
