Role
The role holder will be required to handle number of consulting engagements independently or as a team member for the Human Capital Vertical.

Functional expertise
A minimum of 1.5 years experience in consulting/research background is mandatory. Candidate should have prior experience of client interactions .The candidate needs a broad understanding of consulting engagements and should be familiar with analyzing and drawing inferences from large data points.

Knowledge or understanding of the following areas is desired:

• Compensation & other benchmarking studies
• Developing frameworks, systems and practices

Responsible for handling number of consulting engagements independently or as a team member for the Human Capital Vertical as well as contributing to meet the business target and business development activities for the Human Capital vertical

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for handling client engagement activities of the Human capital Function and achieving its business goals
• Sell consultatively and make recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions offered by Zinnov
• Analyzing client business challenges and identifying problems concerned with strategy, policy and processes
• Collating and analyzing data and drawing inferences from the same
• Providing recommendations for action plan
• Implementation support by developing systems and practices
• Conducting benchmarking studies
• Develop client proposals and RFP responses based on identified business requirements
• Responsible for developing client relationships as well as identifying and building effective mediums for networking and showcasing the organization effectively
