Objective of Role This person's role is to enable effective communication with our existing/potential customers and also create a strong social media presence to attract new customers. Educational Qualification: Full Time MBA : Preferred Qualifications Post Graduate in Mass Com/PR/Journalism/Marketing
Experience: 3-5 years
• To create effective content that will be shared with our members. It will entail understanding and synthesizing content that will be disbursed to customers based on nature of work , industry vertical etc. This will include industry reports , newsletters , infographics etc. • To develop Marketing message for the GAP program that will be leveraged during sales /quarterly meetings /conferences etc. • To formulate a social media strategy that will be used to attract new customers • To create thought leadership - ensuring that key themes and points of view from GAP content are articulated and shared • To formulate a social media strategy that will be used to attract new customers • Good media management skills
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills • Strong team building skills; project management skills, analytical skills, and troubleshooting skills • Understands social media universe including YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Slideshare, LinkedIn, Wikis, Blogs, etc • Proven ability to map out marketing strategy into web and social media plan and then drive that plan with metrics • Go getter attitude
1. Develop, maintain and enhance analytical models to help companies understand human resources dynamics and generate meaningful insights. 2. Leverage data mining tools and modeling techniques to solve global HR problems. 3. Prepare documentation for developed models and provide analysis support for business strategies. 4. Data collation, interpretation and analysis: Ability to bring out meaningful insights by collating different data insights. 5. Presentation / Report preparation: High quality report preparation.
