Functional expertise A minimum of 1.5 years experience in consulting/research background is mandatory. Candidate should have prior experience of client interactions .The candidate needs a broad understanding of consulting engagements and should be familiar with analyzing and drawing inferences from large data points. Knowledge or understanding of the following areas is desired: - Compensation & other benchmarking studies
- Developing frameworks, systems and practices
