Job Description
Zinnov is looking for pre-sales / lead generation associates to help with the lead generation efforts for the flagship Talent Neuron product.Talent Neuron is a web based software solution to assist companies in their global talent, cost & location initiatives.

The key responsibilities of position is to acquire/generate qualified business leads, create awareness of the Talent Neuron product, work closely with potential customers to determine how theproduct can best serve their talent, cost and location requirements, work internally to schedule the product demos and assist the sales team in closing the deals.The pre-sales associate will follow up on inbound leads (white papers, demorequests, phone requests) and internal prospect database in order to set upqualified meetings for the sales team.

Ideal candidate should possess skills to communicate with the prospects through email and phone call, understand their pain points, provide overview on Talent Neuron capabilities and secure a meeting for the sales team. Candidate should be driven to track and analyze their sales efforts, be passionate to improve the number of leads generated over a period of time and propose innovative ways to optimize the pre-sales process.
 
Job Skills
Experience & Education:
  • Previous pre- sales or lead generation experience for B2B software/services company by phone and email
  • 1+ year experience with enterprise software products/services.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint,Excel &Word)
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Bachelor´s or higher degree
Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong self-directed, cold prospecting, research and persuasion skills
  • Sense of urgency and responsiveness to customers
  • Solid understanding of sales concepts including lead management process, customer lifecycle and lead nurturing
  • Understanding of CRM systems

As part of the Zinnov's people practice, our "Talent and Location" analysis service offers data, insights,benchmarking services, analytical modeling, forecasting etc. to multiple clients.

Zinnov is currently looking for Associate Consultants in our TheWoodlands, TX office to augment our "Talent & Location" practice. TheAssociate Consultant will work closely with the Sr. Consultants and the Consultants in collecting, validating, analyzing and reporting the talent and location related data. He/She will also assist in writing reports and thought leadership articles.

Primary Responsibilities:
Collect, synthesize, validate and document the data on location, talent attributes
Conduct intelligent online and offline searches
Conduct primary interviews through in-person and telephonic conversations
Analyze the collected data and document in the pre-defined templates
Distill complex information to develop reports, white papers, research articles
Day-to-day responsibilities includes meeting/discussions with colleagues to identify emerging needs and quickly adapt to the changing priorities.
