• Operating cost analysis will involve a detailed analysis of the operating cost of the India center in terms of people cost (salary, benefits, and bonus), infrastructure cost, travel cost, communication cost, professional services cost and tax/regulatory cost. The benchmark for each of the cost component will be provided in detail.
• Operating cost analysis will provide detailed analysis of the best practices followed by companies to optimize their cost of operations.

Service provider ratings

• One of the key strategies followed by a number of small and large R&D centers is to utilize the capability of third party providers for both R&D and shared services offshoring activities.
• Service provider rating will provide detailed analysis of Tier 1 and Tier 2 service providers across engineering services, software product development, embedded systems, HRO, F&A offshoring, technical support and professional services.
