Networking and Best Practice Exchange

The Best practice councils are quarterly meetings which are held to discuss solutions to various issues. These are structured meetings where Zinnov will conduct a survey prior to the meetings to understand the depth of the problem and probable solutions. The meeting would contain a detailed presentation on the survey findings followed by brainstorming among council members to formulate an action plan to address the issue. Zinnov will record the proceedings and send it out to council members after the meetings.

These councils will be formulated for the following verticals:

• Best practice council (Engineering Management)
• Best practice council (Finance/HR)
