 Zinnov is hosting its 8^th HR Council event on June 20^th, 2012 (Thursday) at Hilton, Santa Clara, CA. The topic of discussion is ‘Virtual Talent Models and Best Practices in Global Talent Retention‘.

Talent attraction and retention has become a key challenge for the top technology companies globally.   Over the last few months, Zinnov has undertaken an in-depth research on the challenges and best practices associated with talent hiring and retention.  Various key HR and Business leaders shared insights and also expressed interest in learning the best practices that companies need to adopt to retain their top talent.  Zinnov is hosting a keynote and panel discussion to discuss this topic in great detail and also brainstorm the potential opportunities ahead for companies.  HR and Business leaders will share their experience and strategies on concerning retention, expectations of Gen Y on working with a company, unique models adopted to retain top talent, practices suitable for emerging locations, and impact of diversity on retention.
